blackberry liqueur
500g blackberries (previously
frozen is ideal)
1/2 L vodka
1/4 L water
350g sugar
Thaw the blackberreis (if
frozen) and blend in a liquidiser. Add the vodka and pour ito a screw
top bottle. Leave for 24 hours, shaking occasionally.
Strain the mixture.
Mix the water and sugar
and heat gently until you have a syrup. Cool, then add to the blackberry
mixture.
Bottle.
