garlic cabbage
white cabbage
2-3 cloves
of garlic
large knob
of butter
seasoning
Peel off
the outer leaves, core and shred the cabbage. Melt the butter and
crushed garlic together until beginning to bubble. Throw in the cabbage
and cover and leave for a few minute. Then shake the pan (holding
the lid on!) to mix and heat for a few minutes more. Season and serve.
