minestrone soup
1 pint
roasted
tomato sauce
1 pint veg
stock
2 tsp dried
oregano
1 stick celery,
slice thinly
1/2 onion
diced
handful of
cooked haricot or borlotti beans
2 handfuls
of pasta (macaroni, twists etc)
Put all of
the ingredients apart from the pasta in a pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the pasta and cook until the pasta is done.
