1/2 pint milk
a little oil for frying
Beat the ingredients together. Heat up about a teaspoon of oil in a large frying pan until hot then pour in enough batter to make a thin layer over base of pan. Cook until brown, turn, or toss the pancake, then cook until the other side is done.
Serve with : sugar and lemon, chocolate buttons, damson jelly, golden syrup, butter and sugar, maple syrup.. or I spose you could do something savoury ....
