Colour it green

pear and blackberry crumble

a handful or two of blackberries

Layer the bottom of a baking dish with the pears, and add enough poaching syrup to mostly cover. Scatter the blackberries over the top, then sprinkle over the crumble.

Bake until the top is crisp . Mine leaked... it was lovely anyway.
