pizza dough
350g bread flour
1 sachet (6-7g) fast action
bread yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
225ml warm water
1 level tsp salt
put the flour, yeast and
salt in a food processor and blend a little. Add the oil and water,
and blend, using a dough blade, until it forms into a ball. Pull out
of the machine and kneed a little by hand until shiney and elastic.
Set aside in an oiled bowl somewhere warm for about an hour until doubled
in size.
Divide into three and shape
into pizza base shapes by hand. Add tomato sauce - I use one based on
the roasted
tomato sauce with added garlic and oregano, cooked
until thick - and other toppings and cook at about 200C for 15 minutes.
