Colour it green

PSB fritters

a couple of large handfuls of small purple sprouting broccoli spears - choose tender ones.

2 eggs

half pint of milk

1/2 lb flour

Mix the batter then drop in the PSB and stir around until covered. Heat oil in a frying pan and place spoonfuls of the mixture in. Turn once browned a little on one side, the cook the other side and serve hot.
