rice pudding,with
clotted cream
3 oz pudding
rice
2 oz sugar
2 pints
milk
6-8 tsps
of clotted cream
Grease
a dish, and pile in the rice and sugar. Pour over the milk, and stir
gently. Dot the clotted cream about the dish.
Cook in
a slow oven for a couple of hours or more.. until set
