yellow cabbage

 

1/4 - 1/2 white cabbage

1 onion

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp white mustard seed

1 tsp tumeric

1 tsp onion seed

Clean and core the cabbage, then slice. Slice the onions. Heat the oil and add the spices, cover as they will pop!. Add the cabbage and onion, stir until cooked. Cover and let sweat on a gentle heat for a few more minutes.

a good side dish for curry.
